The Press Office web application provides external access to information held within all sections of the database.

Press/PR Event Planning

The year planner shows a concise summary of all current and planned PR events in calendar form.

Clicking on the event title bring up the status report showing the full details of items such as key dates, resources and personnel required.

Press Releases can be searched by date range, originating business group or release text.

The full text of press releases is available together with links to related images.

Images

A online searchable catalogue allows editors and agencies to download images.

Clippings

Measurement of PR campaign effectiveness is provided by the clipping database. Reports are selectable by date, publication, organisation or keyword and include detailed listing or tabulated summaries. 

A scanned image of the clip can be downloaded by clicking it's link.
