Press Office - Resource Database

The resource database manages each asset type with easy classification, search and retrieval of resources and their associated materials.  Sensitive information, such as releases, can be given restrictive access until due release date.

Press Releases

The full text of any press release in english, or any foreign language, is stored with the list of media organisations it has been distributed to.

Images

Images can be linked to other resources such as Press Releases, Biographies or used to provide an online library available for download. Image classification allows searching of images internally or externally via the web.

Articles

Articles can include text, background information, and images available for downloading. Status (Pitched/Planned/Placed) and the publication pitched are recorded for each article in the database. Actions can be scheduled to progress placement of the article. Duplication of placements is automatically prohibited.
