Press Office - Media DatabaseThe media database is shared across multiple clients in the Press Office. Contact history details are maintained separately for each client. For each publication, website, or other media organisation in the database the following information is available: Media Profile includes title, address, website, phone, description, type of publication, regional focus, circulation, subscription information, free form notes. Contact Details include editors name, phone, email, areas of interest (user defined), free form profile, preferred method of receiving releases. Contact Management History records details contacts with editors. These can be linked to a specific PR Event. Actions can be placed for a future date and assigned to a particular team member. Alerts are generated for pending actions. Editorial Calendar allows entry of features, issue by issue. List Builder allows lists of publications to built and saved for such tasks as Press Release Distribution. Articles submitted to the publication are shown as actual, placed, or pitched. Update History records last update and allocated to action to a team member if there is a query on the profile. Searching the Database |
