Media Database

The media database maintains details of publications, online sites and broadcasters. This include editorial contact names, interests, classification, pending actions and past responses.

Press Release Distribution

The press release distribution process is made very simple. Lists of target publications and editors are built quickly and are very easy to use.

Resources Database

Resources, the raw materials required in the PR process, such as Press Releases, Articles, Images and Press Packs, are all managed in a systematic manner.

These resources can be made available on-line for press, public access, or for internal use.

Events Planning

Events assist planning, monitoring and reporting PR activities, and building a calendar of possible future opportunities.

Clipping Database

The clipping database measures client's appearances in selected target publications. Clips can be measured against competitor's coverage and analysed by period, business sector, and geographic area.

Web Integration

A web application enables all information to be accessible to a wider audience via the Internet. This can be configured to provide either full public access or a more tightly controlled access such as via an internal intranet.

The Press Office Software was developed for Press Office International over 6 years to manage all aspects of their European Press Office, including Release Distribution and Media Monitoring.

Press Office International provided specialist PR for multi-national electronics corporations across Europe.

Technical Details

The Press Office application is developed using a Microsoft FoxPro database. The web application is developed using Active Server Pages (VB ASP) .

Runs on any Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 server and Window XP desktops.
