This visually appealing browser, web based solution, "Lifestyle Wellbeing Programme" allows employees assess their own health and wellbeing anytime.

Personal Profile

The Wellbeing Interactive Questionnaire takes about 15 mins to complete and provides education, advice and warnings covering major lifestyle areas:

weight	exercise	diet	regular health checks
sun bathing	stress	working safely	drug awareness
smoking	sleep	alcohol	work-life balance

Traffic lights indicate for each topic the individuals level of risk.

After completing their personal profile the employee can print their own personal Health Assessment Profile to keep.

Once the employee has completed the questionnaire a series of printable pdf fact sheets are available providing more detailed health and lifestyle issues such as:

Results from each employee profile are stored in a database where they can be analysed later by the Human Resources team. Names are not asked, so all information remains confidential.

Results can be analysed by Date Range, Location, Age Range, Male/Female and by topics such as exercise. The reports show how well the program has been taken up and the percentage of red-amber-green scores. These can highlight which lifestyle areas needed to be addressed with educational initiatives by the Health and Safety team.

How Much Does It Cost ?

The license fee depends on the number of employees in your organisation, whether you wish to host it program on your own server and reporting requirements. Solutions can be customised to include corporate branding and organisation structure.

Extending The Program

The software can be extended to cover any range of topics for example:

Injury and illness prevention, eating disorders, alcohol and drug misuse, depression and anxiety, relationships and martial problems, use of computer workstations etc
