This visually appealing browser, web based solution was originally
developed for Pilkington and then further developed for the Abbey
in collaboration with Rossiter & Co.
The Lifestyle Programme allows employees assess their own health
and wellbeing anytime.
Personal Profile
The Wellbeing Interactive Questionnaire takes about
15 mins to complete and provides education, advice and warnings
covering major lifestyle areas:

Traffic lights indicate for each topic the individuals

Results from each employee profile are stored in a database
where they can be analysed later by the Health and Safety team.
Names are not asked, so all information remains confidential.
Results can be analysed by Date Range, Location, Age Range, Male/Female
and by an individual topic such as exercise. The reports show how
well the program has been taken up and the percentage of red-amber-green
scores. These can highlight which lifestyle areas needed to be
addressed with educational initiatives by the Health and Safety
team.
How Much Does It Cost ?
The license fee depends on the number of employees in your organisation, whether you wish to host it program on your own server and reporting requirements. Solutions can be customised to include corporate branding and organisation structure.
