This visually appealing browser, web based solution was originally developed for Pilkington and then further developed for the Abbey in collaboration with Rossiter & Co.

The Lifestyle Programme allows employees assess their own health and wellbeing anytime.

Personal Profile

The Wellbeing Interactive Questionnaire takes about 15 mins to complete and provides education, advice and warnings covering major lifestyle areas:

weight
exercise
diet
regular health checks
sun bathing
stress
working safely
drug awareness
smoking
sleep
alcohol
work-life balance

 

 

Traffic lights indicate for each topic the individuals level of risk.

After entering their personal profile the employee is given their own personal Health Assessment Profile to keep.

Monitoring

Results from each employee profile are stored in a database where they can be analysed later by the Health and Safety team. Names are not asked, so all information remains confidential.

Results can be analysed by Date Range, Location, Age Range, Male/Female and by an individual topic such as exercise. The reports show how well the program has been taken up and the percentage of red-amber-green scores. These can highlight which lifestyle areas needed to be addressed with educational initiatives by the Health and Safety team.

How Much Does It Cost ?

The license fee for an unlimited number users is £5000. This covers all employees in your organisation, anywhere in the world. The site will customised to match your corporate branding.

Software Details

Paul Stanley Software is the exclusive license reseller for the Lifestyle package from Rossiter and Co.

Rossiter and Co have won multiple awards for their web, corporate video and multimedia. They have an impressive range of blue chip customers, with considerable experience in Health and Safety productions.

Paul Stanley Software worked with Rossiter&Co on the programming and development of the software originally commissioned by Pilkington UK.

The application uses ASP Scripts running on a Windows server running IIS 6.0. The ASP scripts drive the interactive questionnaire, determines the employee score based on their answers, produces a printable profile and are responsible for accessing to the database. JavaScript is used for user input validation.

The database engine can be either MS Access or SQL Server, with an ADO - OLE DB Provider interface.
